A Space to Breathe and Heal
Welcome to my private practice, I’m here to help you make peace with yourself, your body and food.
My Approach to Therapy
I have over 4 years of experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and challenges related to self-worth. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your relationship with food, yourself, and your life experiences. I work in an integrative, trauma-informed way, drawing on CBT-E, DBT, MANTRA, CAT and psychodynamic approaches. Together, we’ll explore your life journey by understanding how childhood experiences and past patterns may be shaping your present, while gently working toward healing.
My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you understand your story so it can be heard and healed. Along the way, we’ll work toward unlearning diet culture, rebuilding self-trust, and addressing the roots of your eating struggles—not just the symptoms.

Follow-up sessions
These consist of some optional pre-treatment sessions to help prepare for eating disorder work, followed by therapy sessions, so you get the most out of your treatment journey.

We will periodically review your progress, adjusting our focus and sessions to ensure we’re aligned with your goals and equip you to handle future challenges independently.
